Divorcing Parents Seminar

In Georgia, many counties require divorcing parents to attend a special seminar before the divorce will be granted. Generally, it does not matter when you take the seminar, although I would recommend waiting until after filing the case if at all possible, since the seminar itself will report your attendance to your case file. This can hold up your divorce, so I recommend getting it done as quickly as your schedule will permit.
